Not even being dramatic, this book helped save my life. I was going through a VERY VERY rough patch, so rough my executive functioning was trash and I couldn’t journal effectively. The prompts and different techniques in this book were super helpful. The colors, patterns and sassy potty mouthed sayings were all cheerful but relatable even to my extremely depressed and anxious mind. It helped me get stuff out and reflect. It also felt casual and I could jump around the book so pages that overwhelmed me or gave me anxiety could be skipped. Small and lightweight this book was in my purse for weeks so I could pop it out and use it to cope wherever, whenever. Now that I’m in a better place I can tackle some of the pages that made me anxious and some of the techniques I learned in the book I still use in my regular journal. THANK YOU TO THE AUTHOR, you helped more than you could ever imagine.

This is an amazing book / journal. The Author tells it like it is . Straight up. And , is funny about it. I love how I can relate to some of the things she talks about and the fact that she can make me laugh about it , is even much better… For someone like me who has PTSD and does journaling for therapy, this is a great book for ppl like me
