My little one is tough on books! He rips them, chews them, pulls the pages from the binding, crumples them, breaks the binding, gets dirt and other anomalies on the pages, and likes to dunk them in liquids. Ugh!! It WAS a high anxiety situation for me when it came to reading time (lots of money wasted). My sister introduced me to these little gems! All I can say is, the person who invented these, is a godsend! I have sat and watched my precious, destructive little one, try with all his tricks and might to trash these, to no avail. Maybe next time, little dude. They are super easy to clean, you can submerge them in water, you can even steam them to get the crumples out! The illustrations are bright and fun. The text is decently sized, educational, and simple to read. Definitely worth the money, highly recommend.
