This book was everything!!! I read the pervious novel and knew that I had to get thus one when it came out. It is a whirlwind of emotions yet you get to see and understand how the past can potentially harm the future. The family dynamics were moving yet necessary. Dunni and Obinna’s story made the story move along. Questions were answered in the flashbacks and propelled the story further along. I will more than likely read this book again. I cannot wait for the next novel to come out.

This is a story that should not be rushed, rather you should find time to savor and digest when reading. I’m not sure how Jane does it but her books keep getting better and better., I’m glad to see Tiwa again, she was my favorite in The Sweetest Remedy.

Just when I thought I had their story figured out, Jane threw another curve ball to unsteady me again. I really really enjoyed this book! My first read of 2023 and it was impossible to put down! A must read!

I am telling you Jane Igharo is my new go to author for a love story . this one is just as good as the other two. This was so sweet heartwarming some parts had me in my feelings.
